Jonathan Brock
Head Golf Professional
Jonathan brings over 20 years of experience in the golf industry. As a PGA-certified professional, Jonathon is dedicated to enhancing the player experience at the International Club of Myrtle Beach through expert instruction, innovative programs, and exceptional customer service. With a deep passion for the game, Jonathan is committed to promoting the growth of the sport and providing a high-quality golf experience for every guest.
Cornelius Christian
First Assistant Golf Professional
Cornelius Christian brings over 20 years of golf experience to the International Club of Myrtle Beach. He and his family relocated to South Carolina from Colorado four years ago. Since then, he has worked as a PGA Professional at multiple notable clubs in the area. Cornelius also served as the men’s golf coach at a local High School, a role he believes has been instrumental in his success within the community. Passionate about both teaching and playing golf, Cornelius values the importance of playing alongside Members to foster strong relationships.
Grounds Maintenance
Jim Knaffle
Director of Agronomy
As the Director of Agronomy, Jim leads all aspects of turf management and course maintenance at the International Club of Myrtle Beach. With a degree in agronomy from the University of Massachusetts, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge in agronomy, environmental stewardship, and business management. He is committed to maintaining the highest standards of course conditions, ensuring an exceptional playing experience for all guests. Jim has been an instrumental part of the construction and growth of the International Club since his start with the course in 1999.
Food & Beverage
Brooke Josephik
Director of Food and Beverage
Brooke brings years of management experience in the restaurant industry, including the successful opening and operating of new restaurants. Brooke is excited to lead the future of the club’s new restaurant and event space, The Venue. Brooke aims to provide guests with an excellent dining experience, whether they are joining us after a round of golf, on vacation, or are locals gathering with friends.
Shannon Nifong
Front of House Manager
With over 7 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Shannon brings a wealth of expertise and a genuine passion for exceptional service to our team. With a strong background in training, team building, and leadership she is excited to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere at The Venue, where guests can unwind and savor their experience. Shannon is dedicated to ensuring that every guest feels right at home, making each visit truly special.
Ryan Coffindaffer
Executive Chef
Ryan graduated from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts and brings over 30 years of experience in the restaurant business, including fine dining, casual dining, hotel dining, golf course & country clubs, and casino dining. Ryan is highly decorated in medals from the ACF Mystery Basket Cooking Competition and was named South Carolina’s Seafood Chef of the Year. Ryan is bringing his passion for sustainable and local foods to the International Club of Myrtle Beach’s new restaurant and bar, The Venue.
