Joe has taught thousands of individual and group lessons throughout his 27 year playing and teaching career. Not only is Joe a World Class “2 Time Teacher of the Year”. Joe also was an outstanding PGA Senior Tour Player.

Joe won the 1993 Carolina PGA Senior Championship. Joe has played against some of golfing greats, like Nicklaus, Trevino, Player, and Floyd. After his playing career, Joe was the Director of Instruction for 15 years at the famous Bay Tree Golf Resort. He then went on to be the Director of Instruction at Wachesaw Plantation East for 3 years before taking his skills to the International Golf Club, Myrtle Beach, SC.

After being in the PGA, Joe received 2 Master Instructor Certification from the United States Golf Teachers Federation and the Professional Golf Teachers and Coaches Association. Joe become both organizations, “Teacher of the Year”.
